What is collected

The contact form collects your name, email address, business name if you give one, and your message. Two hidden fields are submitted alongside it: which page you sent the form from, and which project it related to. Those tell me what people are actually interested in; they are not about you.

There are no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party scripts on this site.

Why it is collected

To reply to you, and to decide what to build more of. Nothing is sold, shared or used for marketing lists.

Where it goes

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts this site, and forwarded to my email. Netlify stores submissions on its infrastructure outside South Africa. Sending the form is your consent to that transfer.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Where we do work together, correspondence is kept as long as needed for the engagement and any legal or tax obligation attached to it.

Your rights under POPIA

You can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email me and I will action it. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
